Strength Training for 55+
Bone Builders is a small group strength training class for people 55+. Classes are 1 hour long, meet 2 times per week and focus on weight lifting as well as balance, coordination, power training, and impact. The goal is to maximize strength and bone density to reduce the risk of falling, and reduce the risk of injury if you do fall.
