Strength Training Classes
Bone Builders is a small group strength training class designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specifically for people 55+ . Classes are 1 hour long, and focus on weight lifting as well as balance, coordination, power training, and impact. The goal is to maximize strength and bone density to reduce the risk of falling, and reduce the risk of injury if you do fall.
